The Purpose of this position is to build partnership opportunities aligned to Grande’s Commercial Plan, including;
* Developing a strong sales pipeline both Domestic & International through lead generation and conversion into profitable partnerships.
* Assisting the CEO and the Head of Commercial in all marketing & sales efforts and act as a conduit between external partners and GE Creative & Production teams, when needed.
* Reporting on the commercial performance of the business (existing and pipeline) and will continuously identify business opportunities and engage with prospects end to end.
* Responsibility to onboard suitable commercial partners in line with the Commercial Plan will also fall under this remit.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Head of Commercial on region and target focused 12 month business development action plans to align with GE’s Commercial Plan, objectives and revenue targets.
* Develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure the sales success and push business acceleration.
* Data-driven decision-making with project evaluation and continuous improvement.
* Promote GE as the pioneers in Multisensory Immersive experiences.
* Constant evaluation and adjustment to the changing business landscape.
* Undertake data analysis and market research to understand trends and market potential.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity and suggest new strategies.
* Review and implement best practices.
Revenue Generation:
* As a key member of the Commercial team assist in meeting annual financial KPIs and new business targets.
* Work with GE stakeholders to develop compelling sales and marketing programs to identify prospects and generate increased revenues.
Operations:
* Work in partnership with GE Creative and Operations teams to deliver projects.
* Prepare quarterly performance reports.
* Assist to manage and oversee GE IP/royalty/licensee contracts.
* Assist the Finance team with reporting, invoicing and payments of secured contracts.
* Managing the day-to-day contact and related tasks with all current and future clients.
Other Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the in-house Creative, Production and Brand teams to ensure all Experience content is developed and produced within brand.
* Assist the Commercial Team in developing new business leads through direct 1:2:1 contact, face to face meetings, online and company social channels.
* Assist the company to build strong partnerships with our existing network of partners and licensees.
* Dealing with prospective clients to provide information and deal terms on our portfolio of experiences.
* Producing case study examples of previous and current projects to help influence new prospective partners.
* Assist with management and maintenance of company CRM software.
* Assist in all other areas to ensure Grande continues to be the best in the business.

Qualifications
* Business Management or Business Administration qualification
