In order to strengthen our group team we are looking for a
YOU WILL.
* Company-wide project management for group wide implementation projects, possibly affecting all our business units (Recycling, Containerboard, Packaging, Holding)
* Responsible for execution of the project (technically: time, scope, quality, budget)
o Presentations, meetings, and workshop preparation & planning & organization & post work
o Project planning, execution status reporting and project controlling
* Theoretical knowledge about agile methodology, practice as Scrum Master is an asset
* Experience in IT consulting is a plus
* Process related tasks experience
Requirements
* Education in business administration or related field (minimum bachelor)
* First work experience as Project Manager (minimum 2 years) in waterfall methodology based on IPMA / PMP standards
* Excellent social and personal competences
* Perfect command of Microsoft Office 365 skills advantageous
* Agile mindset and Scrum framework project management
* Customer oriented team player is a plus
* Proactive hands-on approach
* Ready to learn new things and work in dynamic environment
* German language is a plus, English fluency (B2/C1)
