We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief Project Manager (CPM) to lead and oversee Waste-to-Energy EPC projects. Tasks
1. Oversee the full lifecycle of waste-to-energy projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
2. Develop and implement project execution strategies to optimize performance.
3. Manage multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
4. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, emissions standards, and safety requirements.
5. Handle contract negotiation, risk management, and claims resolution for EPC projects.
6. Coordinate financial planning, budget control, and cost optimization for large-scale projects.
7. Ensure seamless collaboration between design, procurement, and construction teams.
8. Lead stakeholder engagement, client communication, and high-level negotiations.
9. Implement project risk assessment frameworks to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
10. Foster a high-performance team culture, managing international contractors and JV partners.
Requirements
1. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental); PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
2. 10+ years of experience in EPC project management, with at least 5 years in WtE, power plants, or heavy industrial projects.
3. Strong expertise in WtE technologies, including incineration, gasification, and emissions control.
4. Experience with EPC, EPCM, and BOT contracts, including FIDIC frameworks.
5. Knowledge of financial planning, CAPEX/OPEX management, and project funding models.
6. Strong decision-making and leadership skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
7. Global exposure managing international EPC projects across multiple jurisdictions.
