You work with the technical and go to market product managers to explore which features or improvements have a big, small or no impact to our business goals and act upon these lessons learned. You are the interface between product, business, and go to market and pave the path to product led growth. You will work within the data edge platform solution team that is responsible for data acquisition and ingestion, cloud installation, and 3rd party integration. Primary focus is on cloud native workloads including K8s, serverless, and OpenTelemetry, in addition to traditional on premise workloads. This is a critical area that enables the success for multiple solutions across Dynatrace. Solution and cross solutions KPIs and Goals : You develop and own KPIs aligned with business objectives (working within and outside R&D), establish annual growth goals, and adapt strategies as needed for optimal results. You develop and own end to end success tracking for hundreds of data acquisition sources across all pillars of observability (logs, metrics, traces) Solution Growth Strategy: In close collaboration with the solution leadership, you drive cross functional initiatives and product improvements to maximize ingestion from data acquisition sources with the largest potential Data Insights: Working with data analysts, you use market, customer install base data, and customer feedback for informed decision making and support the team in leveraging these insights to inform investment and divestment (EOL) decisions Solution Licensing Strategy: You create and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy, optimizing pricing models and packaging while continuously adapting to market trends and competitor offerings for sustained growth.
