Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Key Tasks
* Leading of the Frequentis production team
* Ensuring the availability of personnel and equipment capacities and efficient use of resources (people, machines, materials) to achieve delivery, quality, and cost targets.
* Close coordination with interface departments (planning, purchasing, test equipment development)
* Improving production processes (technical and organizational)
* Initiating and implementing process improvements and cost reductions
* Participating in the realization of new projects with the external development partner
* Contributing to the introduction of new production processes and machines in Frequentis production
* Defining the necessary business processes
* Internal and external stakeholder management
* Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
Key Qualifications
* Technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
* At least 10 years of experience in production, ideally EMS
* At least 5 years of direct leadership experience
* Experience with ERP system, ideally SAP
* Strong social competence and solution-oriented approach to challenges
* Analytical thinking and good understanding of technical contexts
* High customer understanding and self-confident appearance paired with independent action and high commitment.
* Fluent in German and English

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 53,330 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
