Our Site Reliability Engineering Team is looking for a Product Owner who will have a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of Raiffeisen Bausparkasse cloud platforms and services. As a Product Owner for Bausparkasse SRE, you will work closely with a cross-functional team, gather requirements, support product development, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Your mission:
* Drive our cloud platforms development in an agile environment and actively participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
* Align with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlog items, and implement them with the team.
* Own the vision and strategy for observability, incident management, and disaster recovery.
* Consider security requirements as an essential part of every development iteration and sprint.
* Define product release strategy and release plan.
* Create and maintain comprehensive platform documentation, including user guides and release notes, with a strong emphasis on industry compliance.
Your core competencies:
* Minimum of 6 years of professional or educational experience in Software Development or Cloud Platform Engineering.
* Experience with Containerization platforms.
* Familiarity with Cloud platforms.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality platforms.
* Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Nice to have:
