YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
* 1-2 years experience as a CRM Manager for B2C audiences in the US.
* A native English speaker with a deep understanding of the US market.
* Experience in email marketing/CRM using tools such as Iterable, Braze or other comparable tools.
* Experience in creating and executing a CRM calendar that drove measurable engagement and retention.

Join our team as a creative and driven CRM Manager with a focus on the US Market!
Your Mission: Drive engagement and conversions by crafting engaging multi-channel campaigns for our new and existing US users.
Your Role: Work within the CRM team and wider marketing team to create B2C marketing campaigns and help us grow Journi’s presence in the US. You will focus on creating emails, push notifications, interstitials, SMS, postal campaigns and other in-app touchpoints to communicate with our users and drive conversions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Own and drive our CRM strategy in the US market.
* Shape and tailor our brand and communication for the US market.
* Take ownership of planning, implementing & analyzing multi-channel CRM campaigns across key touchpoints like email, push notifications & in-app notifications.
* Help build user journeys that resonate with our US Customers.
* Work closely with other teams, including graphic designers, product owners and the wider marketing team.
* Create, find and build new audience segments or growth areas to further our US CRM efforts.
* Design & execute various tests based on analytical insights (such as A/B tests).
* Stay up to date with email, digital marketing and ecommerce best practices.

* Experience with HTML, CSS or scripting languages found in email/marketing tools.
* Working in a small team in a startup environment.
