FRONTEND UI/UX DEVELOPER QT/QML (F/M/D)
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on the challenges of creating complex medical devices.
Responsibilities
Develop modern GUIs utilizing the Qt framework and QML / Qt Quick
Collaborate closely with a product management for UI/UX design
Contribute to software architecture design and updates
Perform functional and unit tests for newly implemented features
Work closely with the verification team for software integration
Collaborate with various teams to grasp requirements and ensure smooth integrations
Ensure adherence to development standards and guidelines based on ISO 62304 (software lifecycle process)
Create technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
Mentor other team members
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and adhere to best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in UI/UX design and development
Proficiency in software development using in the Qt framework, QML and C++.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture
Knowledge of databases, SQL, and unit testing
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Independent, methodical and structured work approach
Team player with proficiency in German and English
Completed specialized education (university, university of applied sciences) in computer science, telematics, biomedical engineering, or related technical fields
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Jenkins
Experience in continuous integration and automated testing
Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
