Head of Business Line Salesforce

Your Responsibilities
As Head of Business Line Salesforce, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for our Salesforce business unit and actively drive its development. Your tasks include:
* Strategic Leadership: Building, further developing, and positioning the Salesforce business line in the market.
* Partnership: Establishing and maintaining the Salesforce partnership, planning and executing joint sales activities.
* Business Development: Identifying market opportunities and acquiring new clients, while expanding existing partnerships.
* Account Management: Advising and supporting our clients at the C-level and fostering long-term customer relationships.
* Innovation & Trends: Identifying new trends and technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem and integrating them into our service portfolio.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
* Expertise: Several years of experience with Salesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
* Hands-on Mentality: Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach.
* Sales and Consulting Skills: Experience in business development and client consulting within the Salesforce environment.
* Communication Skills: Confident presence at management level and the ability to clearly explain complex topics.
* Certifications: Ideally, you already hold relevant certifications.
* Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Compensation
* Minimum base salary: According to IT collective agreement; significant overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience
* Participation in business success in the Salesforce area
* Up to € 1,700 in net meal subsidies per year (digibon)
