Your Responsibilities
1. The Senior Process Manager develops the global strategy for processes and data based on the corporate strategy in alignment with the Process Owner.
2. Manage, develop, and sustain the Supply Chain processes, particularly in the fields of Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain network design.
3. Secure effective process management by overseeing the integration of various Supply Chain systems to optimize data flow and process automation.
4. Lead tasks & projects by providing training and guidance on process improvements and the effective utilization of systems and tools.
5. Improve Process & Data Standards by establishing robust data management practices, including data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
6. Drive communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Supply Chain Management to drive innovation and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Your Qualifications
1. Academic degree or proven track record in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or related field.
2. Several years of experience with ERP systems (especially SAP MM, PP, TM) are advantageous.
3. Ideally proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Supply Chain Management software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Great interest in the conception and implementation of new processes.
6. Organized and structured personality with practical implementation skills.
7. Willingness for occasional travel.
8. Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50,018 based on full-time employment.
