We are looking for Process Engineer: Injection Molding for Closure Systems (m/f)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed toolmaker or plastics technician.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Professional assembly and adjustment of injection molding tools, especially in the closure area.
* Assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of complex tool components.
* Conducting functional tests and ensuring proper fit.
* Supporting the optimization of tool concepts and processes.
* Collaborating with the design and manufacturing departments to improve tool performance.
* Maintenance and repair of injection molding tools as needed.
* Coordination and management of sampling and functional tests of our injection molding tools.
* Operating, controlling, setting up, and programming injection molding machines.
* Optimization and monitoring of tool tests.
* Conducting quality controls and error analyses.
* Assisting in the assembly of injection molding tools.
* Opportunity for worldwide commissioning of tools.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed training as a toolmaker or in mold making.
* Several years of professional experience in assembling injection molding tools, ideally in the closure sector.
* High precision and technical understanding of complex tool structures.
* Experience with measuring tools and quality testing procedures.
* Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style.
* Completed training in plastics technology (HTL, apprenticeship, or similar).
* 1-3 years of relevant professional experience is desirable.
* Solid material knowledge in the field of plastics.
* Experience in process technology and handling injection molding machines.
* Hands-on mentality.
* English skills are an advantage.
* Teamwork, reliability, and commitment.
* Enjoy working in a team and taking on responsibility.
