Responsibilities:
* Strategic leadership of software development projects, from conception to successful implementation
* Planning, steering, and controlling scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
* Close alignment with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
* Early identification of challenges and development of effective solutions
* Coordination of internal and external partners to ensure optimal collaboration
* Ongoing improvement and establishment of efficient development and project workflows
Requirements:
* A completed degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with a focus on software/IT
* Practical experience with agile methodologies
* Proven track record in managing complex software projects, ideally in an R&D environment
* Solid knowledge of software development and requirements engineering
* Experience in lateral leadership of teams and collaboration with external partners
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A hands-on mentality and proactive working style
* Willingness to travel (approximately 15-20%)

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €5,500.00.
