Your Tasks:
* Achieve regional implementation of Armacell's People Strategy and processes.
* Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
* Act as a coaching Business Partner to Senior Leaders, guiding them in team growth and development.
* Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Manage daily HR processes including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
* Promote adaptation and effective use of the HRIS (Workday) across managers and employees, driving digitalization of HR processes.
* Maintain relations with key stakeholders, including employee representation and trade unions.
* Coordinate accurate payroll services and benefits administration.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company.
* In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations in Austria.
* Strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development.
* Digitally skilled and competent handling of HRIS software, preferably Workday.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
