Keen to lead RedBull’s eCommerce business? Join us!
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing RedBull’s Global eCommerce channel strategy with a focus on Bricks & Clicks (e.g, Carrefour.com, Walmart.com, etc.) and Quick Commerce platforms (e.g, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.).
You’ll analyse market and channel trends, shopper & customer insights and define new strategies and tactics to expand RedBull’s eCommerce reach and drive profitable and sustainable online growth.
You'll bring an entrepreneurial mindset to account management of fast-growing strategic customers as one of your key responsibilities will be to lead RedBull’s global Quick Commerce partnerships within RedBull top 25 markets.
In parallel, you'll advise local eCommerce and Key Account teams on their Quick Commerce and Bricks & Clicks strategies by developing and executing business plans, leading initiatives to upscale RedBull’s online store execution to deliver ambitious targets.
You'll leverage shopper insights to steer RedBull’s eCommerce strategy with the overarching goal of leading the development of the Energy Drink category in this fast-growing channel.
To achieve success, you'll closely partner internally with global and local Category Management, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. As the International eCommerce Manager you'll define RedBull’s strategy to drive sales growth in the Bricks & Clicks and Quick Commerce segments. You'll support the local teams to adapt and execute the global strategy in RedBull’s top 25 markets. You'll partner with global and local Key Account teams to develop their online business plans, influencing eCommerce priorities and initiatives across Bricks & Clicks customers. You'll leverage insights to drive actions that achieve customer and RedBull business objectives, executing RedBull’s marketing mix to reach new users.
2. You'll own the international relationships with Global Quick Commerce platforms such as Glovo, UberEats, Wolt, Just Eat, closely collaborating with international stakeholders to drive best-in-class partnerships that deliver joint business growth.
3. You'll enhance online performance on retailer digital platforms and delivery apps by leading initiatives that identify and close gaps, establishing RedBull as a key Brand in the channel. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you'll develop category and shopper insights for eCommerce beverage and energy drink categories, identifying and sharing best practices to reach new online shoppers and bring the RedBull brand to life across online platforms.
4. You'll work with RedBull Key Account teams to build eCommerce knowledge and ensure business plans align with RedBull eCommerce strategies. You'll lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver unique solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders including Category Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and local eCommerce teams. In partnership with data teams, you'll be responsible for global eCommerce sales and share reporting as well as leading global business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets.
5. You'll work closely with brand marketing, category management and trade marketing to create best-in-class optimized content and drive online execution. You'll provide guidance and hands-on support to win search and maximize RedBull’s exposure on Quick Commerce – Delivery Apps and across Bricks & Clicks retailers.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
* Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
* 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
* Experience in people management is strongly favoured
* eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
* Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
* Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
* Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
* Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
* Strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
* Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams
* Travel 20-30%
