Responsibilities
* Lead of the Substream Digital Product Passport (within the Sustainability Stream) as part of the implementation of SAP/S4 HANA at Greiner
* Definition and integration of relevant requirements arising from the Digital Product Passport substream for the overall ONE! (SAP/S4 HANA) project
* Development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
* Collaboration with other streams to ensure that the necessary requirements from the Digital Product Passport can be fulfilled
* Cooperation with IT colleagues to evaluate and implement necessary software requirements that arise from the Digital Product Passport
Your Profile
* Professional experience with existing SAP features, functionalities, and modules (ideally including satellite systems such as Sustainability Control Tower, Green Token, Sustainable Footprint Manager, Responsible Design and Production, and other sustainability-related topics)
* Several years of SAP experience
* Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, Digital Product Passport concepts, and legal requirements such as CSRD, CS3D, PPWR, ESPR, Taxonomy, and Tax
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful digital transformations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in English and/or German
