We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive management position for the unit Group Business Continuity and Crisis Management B-2 (BCM/CM) to lead our team in Vienna, Austria. In a nutshell, Group Business Continuity and Crisis Management ensures that business continuity plans and crisis organization are developed, maintained and updated on a regular basis. The unit educates, supports and prepares the members of the crisis management organization and acts as a consultant for them. Your Tasks * Drive the department's future direction towards an even stronger operational resilience focus * Monitor the BCM/CM environment (technology, solutions, and threats) * Manage BCM/CM operations, including crisis management structures and training for the crisis management team * Analyze BCM/CM emergency cases/incidents and prepare lessons learned * Define, implement, and execute BCM/CM governance and identify potential risks with mitigation measures * Act as the leading Point Of Contact (POC) and support for BCM/CM responsible persons * Evaluate BCM/CM requirements, define group and local policies, and monitor compliance through checks and performance indicators * Coordinate group-wide crisis exercises and work closely with Erste Group subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe to provide advice and guidance Your Background * At least 10 years of field experience in business continuity and crisis management * Experience in managing risks as well as delivering in demanding environments and stressful situations * Advanced innovation & technology know-how and thinking within the area of your responsibility * Very good management, strategic and analytical skills * Excellent communication skills in German and English to facilitate the cooperation locally and internationally * Encourage leadership abilities with special focus on motivation, communication, cooperation, people development and empowerment * Experience in dealing with internal audits and external regulators You meet some but not all the above requirements?
