Executive Assistant for Medical Director (f/m/x)
Full-time (40 hours weekly)
Your tasks in this position include:
* Assisting the medical managing director in day to day business
* Managing a business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use
* Coordinating frequent travels, which includes booking flights/hotels and preparing itineraries, both within Austria and internationally
* Independent preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations etc. accurately and professionally in English and German
* Transcribing dictated recordings (medical content) and keeping minutes in meetings
* Proficient in maintaining effective communication with international physicians and organizations
* Skilled in coordinating and streamlining processes to ensure smooth operations
* Strong ability to interact with international visitors and demonstrate competence in communication with health care executives and other high-level stakeholders
* Experience in managing relationships and fostering collaboration across borders
To succeed in this versatile position you will need to be an Assistant with:
* Successful completion of higher business education (HAK, possibly university education) and experience obtained in a dynamic environment, preferably with an international focus
* Several years of experience in an equivalent position (ideally in the medical environment)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
* Outstanding communication and social skills for effective engagement with international guests

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position is € 40,000 gross annually (on a full-time basis). However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries.
