Senior HR Business Partner
A globally active pharmaceutical company, AOP Health, is seeking a solution-oriented and motivated individual to expand its team in Vienna. This senior-level role will partner with Commercial Organisation leaders to support strategic and operational HR business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and implement the global HR strategy.
* Assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting regarding people and organisational culture.
* Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g., planning required positions and developing talents).
Additional Responsibilities:
* Make recommendations on enhancing workplace and company culture based on business insights.
* Provide guidance and support for implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Equip business leaders with tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people.
* Oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring global standards are fulfilled (e.g., performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development).
* Monitor employee engagement and develop measures to increase sustainably employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Completed studies in business administration with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
* 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role.
* Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations.
* Experience working in international companies with matrix organisation preferred.
