Your responsibilities
1. Support our Sales Team with administrative and organizational tasks.
2. Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.
3. Prepare customer contracts and documentation in alignment with team members.
4. Create compelling presentations for pitches and meetings.
5. Manage and maintain supplier portals, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
6. Assist with resource and project planning, managing associated systems (NetSuite) in close collaboration with various stakeholders and the resourcing team.
7. Prepare reports on workload and optimization opportunities for the senior management team and support monthly processes such as invoicing.
8. Maintain a clear overview of team workloads and be aware of available capacities.
9. A gross monthly salary of €2,300 (38.5 hours/week, no all-in). However, we guarantee a higher salary based on your qualifications and experience.
Skills and experience
1. Successfully completed education: HAK, HLW, or an apprenticeship in a commercial field.
2. Willingness to learn and initial professional experience.
3. A service-oriented mindset and a reliable, detail-oriented work style that helps the Sales Team deliver added value to our clients.
4. Proficiency in standard MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
