Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Working Student (15-20 hours) to join our Learning and Development team in Graz, Austria. This role will support the global rollout of Workday Learning, our new Learning Management System, and assist our experts in data analytics and management dashboard design.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in the global rollout of Workday Learning, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
* Support the development and maintenance of knowledge resources for Workday Learning, including training materials, user guides, online resources, and AI tools.
* Collaborate with the L&D team to gather and analyze learning metrics and support enhancements on manager dashboards.
* Provide administrative support for various L&D projects, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
* Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the LMS and digital learning tools.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Education, Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
* Strong interest in learning and development, with a desire to gain experience in learning metrics and digital learning technologies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Workday and/or other LMS platforms is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Fluent in English, very good German language skills.
