Senior Organisational Development Manager
Join our People Strategy team in this key leadership position where you will design, implement, and oversee organisational development initiatives.
Take the lead in designing and delivering innovative organisational development strategies aligned with our mission, vision and values.
As a key leader, you will oversee frameworks and processes across the employee life cycle, driving initiatives in job architecture, capability management, performance reviews, employee engagement, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
Collaborating with senior leaders, external consultants, and your team, you'll play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, values-driven culture that supports organisational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Frameworks: Develop and implement cohesive frameworks to achieve strategic goals.
* Culture and Engagement: Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with Christian values.
* Job Architecture & Workforce Planning: Enhance job design, career pathways, succession planning, and workforce analytics to support organisational development.
* Rewards & Recognition: Oversee remuneration, performance reviews and recognition programs.
* Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and mentor your team while supporting leadership growth across the organisation.
* Collaboration & Influence: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute impactful organisational development strategies. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively will enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex organisational development initiatives.
* Innovative Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving change.

Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
* 10+ years in organisational development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Expertise in HR and OD practices, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in the aged and community services sector (preferred).
