Assistant Manager: Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Manage daily park and kitchen operations.
* Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
* Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
* Inspire and support the team, fostering a positive work environment
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Caretaker: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Delivering exceptional guest experience
* Front Office administration
* Upkeep of grounds and gardens
* Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
* Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
* Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover
About You both
We are looking for a talented couple who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who have the ability to lead park operations in the Manager's absence.
* People leadership skills with a focus on training and development
* Strong financial management and budget oversight experience
* Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
* Flexibility and availability for weekend and after hours shifts
Caretaker:
* Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
* Sound computer skills
* Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
* Great communication and relationship building skills
* Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs.
