Your tasks
During the 18 months trainee program starting in October 2024 you will lead young talent projects, take on first responsibilities and grow into your future role by
1. supporting and collaborating in the planning and implementation of technical, technological and organizational projects and ongoing optimization
2. assisting in trial productions and our research and development activities
3. supporting the implementation of norms and standards in production and converting areas
4. collaborating in day-to-day business of our manufacturing department
Your experience
5. university degree in technical studies (paper technology, process or chemical engineering or similar)
6. knowledge and experience as well as strong interest in paper production and processing
7. high ability in analytical thinking paired with a well structured working style and high resilience
8. eagerness to contribute to both practical and theoretical aspects of tasks and projects
9. proactive and result-driven mindset, hands-on
10. very strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
11. fluency in English and German
