About the Role - What You’ll Be Doing:
* Incident Management: Take charge of managing incidents through ITSM tools and ensure that services comply with SLA requirements.
* Onsite Support: Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
* Mobile Device Support: Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues on iOS and Android devices.
* Hardware Maintenance: Conduct regular hardware checks and replace faulty cables or devices when needed.
* Request Management (IMAC): Perform Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities to keep systems running smoothly.
* System Configuration: Set up client systems using SCCM for Windows 10 and handle printer installations.
* Ticket Management: Document, update, and close all tickets efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock, perform regular inventory checks, and handle vendor RMAs while ensuring timely device shipments.
* Remote Support: Provide remote IT support to remote and spoke locations, with occasional travel to smaller locations as needed.
* Additional Tasks: Assist with IT equipment logistics and support processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications - What We’re Looking For:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Desktop and Smart Hands Support, IT support, or similar roles.
* Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software, with experience in Windows 10, SCCM, and iOS/Android devices. Familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus.
* Languages: Proficiency in English (C1) and Austrian German (C1).
* Other: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong inventory management abilities, and the flexibility to travel between locations as needed (car required).
Pay range and compensation package - What’s in It for You:
