Are you committed to Zero Harm and want to support Borealis on this journey? We are currently looking for a Social Psychology Specialist (m/f/d) as maternity leave cover until end of March 2026.
In this role, you will:
* Help the organization to develop Safety Culture with a social psychological (SPoR) focus, particularly on individual behavior and group dynamics.
* Lead the B-Safe coaches networks across locations, coaching and supporting coaches to develop in their roles to create sustainable change at their sites, and support the local sponsors in their interaction with the B Safe coach community.
* Establish engaging HSE communication that will reach the hearts and minds of the workforce, in close cooperation with the Communications team.
* Organize and conduct safety trainings, and manage training administration.
* Proactively analyze training and development needs to ensure continuous improvement in HSE, drive group projects (e.g., safety day 2026, campaigns).
About you
* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar.
* Mastery of English at business level.
* Preferably Learning & Development and Communications skills.
* Coaching Skills.
* Communicative, can hold an engaging dialogue, inspiring, motivating.
* HSE awareness.
* Willing to travel to other Borealis locations within Europe up to 30 days per year.

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience, and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations, and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 70,400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
