Job description
In your new role you will:
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and security evaluations
* Develop automation solutions for security processes
* Support developers in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities
* Ensure database security and network security
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure security and provide training and documentation
Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* Hands-on experience in vulnerability assessments, code review, and application security
* Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, software development, and MVC/MVT frameworks (e.g., Angular, Django)
* Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation
* Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 security risks and remediation techniques
* Understanding of network protocols, security principles, and containerization (Docker, OpenShift)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Additional Preferred Skills (as an advantage):
* Experience working with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, OpenVAS)
* Knowledge of cloud security in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm) and security monitoring techniques
* Experience in risk-based vulnerability management and remediation tracking
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
