Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our Trial Coordination Management Team in the Clinical Development & Operations Department.
* Coordinate with Clinical Trial Managers and regional trial members to ensure successful clinical trial activities.
* Support document management in clinical trials and maintain electronic clinical trial management systems.
* Ensure optimal communication with internal and external partners regarding administrative tasks.
* Support the regional trial team to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them.
* Deal with multiple systems to obtain information on trial status.
Requirements
* Experience in a pharmaceutical company and with clinical trials is an asset.
* Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trials documentation lifecycle, and Good Documentation Practice.
* Highly developed administrative and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
* Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication and social skills in an international team.
* Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 46,305 (full-time), although the actual salary is based on technical skills, personal competencies, and professional experience.
