As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager to support our solution sales teams in selling more effectively and efficiently. This role is central to our mission of driving revenue and ensuring that our teams are equipped with the strategies and tools they need to succeed.
This is what your new job looks like:
* You lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies that support SaaS sales across various business units.
* You work closely with solution sales teams to identify areas for improvement, providing tailored training, resources, and tools to help them exceed their targets.
* You develop enablement programs focused on enhancing sales methodologies, improving product knowledge, and driving competitive insights.
* You ensure the alignment and efficiency of sales processes across teams, fostering a consistent approach to selling software.
* You collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to support cross-functional sales initiatives.
* You analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
* You oversee the adoption and optimization of CRM systems and sales tools, ensuring sales teams leverage data and insights effectively.
* You report directly to senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping the future of our sales strategy and growth.
How we imagine you:
* You have 5 or more years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
* You are a strategic thinker with a passion for helping sales teams achieve their full potential.
* You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Act-On, Salesforce, HubSpot) and are comfortable optimizing sales processes.
* You bring a structured approach to problem-solving and are confident in developing and implementing enablement programs.
* You are skilled in working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies.
* You communicate fluently in both German and English, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
