In your role, you will
* Clarify civil solutions according to project requirements and coordinate cost estimating with external civil designers and contractors during the sales phase.
* Discuss and present technical solutions to the team and the customer across all project stages.
* Create requests for quotations (RFQs) for civil-related packages, find the right civil contractor partners, and negotiate contracts with procurement.
* Schedule civil tasks for the projects and align with the overall project plan.
* Manage civil design solutions over the total project lifetime and provide input for overall design optimization to reduce civil costs.
* Act as the escalation level for customers and suppliers regarding civil design topics.
* Provide expertise to customers according to our project strategy.
* Align required modifications with internal product design experts.
* Inspect connected civil works and manage changes.
* Report directly to the global director of engineering of our P2X solutions.
In your personal skill set, you have
* Degree level qualification in a civil engineering discipline.
* Minimum years of experience in civil project management; experience in industrial solutions is a plus.
* Knowledge of technical building equipment like HVAC, fire protection systems, and lighting is a plus.
* Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about technical design requirements.
* Experience in explaining design solutions engagingly.
* Experience performing acceptance tests and supervising construction.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
* Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.
* Solution/team/customer-oriented with the confidence to act proactively.
* Fluent in English; another European language is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel for an average of 5 days per month.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of €4,389.04 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
