Job Description:
* You will develop the LH Group Technical Fleet Management Component strategy, align it with business goals, and ensure implementation. You will also plan and lead workshops with stakeholders across business units.
* You will conduct market & supplier research to identify trends, innovations, competitive analysis, and risks to stay competitive.
* You will lead your own strategy/development projects, managing a stakeholder group across business units.
* You will create status reports, develop & analyze KPIs, financial models, and business cases to support procurement decisions.
* You will support strategic buyers in large procurement projects by developing procurement strategies to meet business targets.
* You will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored procurement solutions for Lufthansa Group airlines.
* You will provide insights for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
* You bring 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
* You have professional experience in Procurement & Business Analytics, which is preferred and considered an advantage.
* You also have strong experience in project management and excel in a dynamic and complex environment.
* You have strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
