Do you want to assist in content creation and lead asset creation in the Marketing team? Then come and join our team as Marketing Asset Specialist!
The key tasks consist of creating and handling marketing assets (for B2B and B2C) including copywriting management and in particular asset adaptations across all marketing channels. You'll also be responsible to maintain marketing masterdata, report campaign KPIs and channel performance while supporting seasonal e-commerce and fashion campaign productions.

Ownership of asset adaptations and alignments with all marketing channels

Supporting the Art Director and Campaign Manager on all creative topics
In this role you'll support the Art Director and Campaign Manager on all creative topics. You'll also assist in every aspect of the creative process, from brainstorming innovative ideas to executing impactful campaigns
General graphic design tasks (e.g. presentations, 3D renderings, etc.)
The role will involve handling various graphic design duties, including creating presentations and producing 3D renderings, alongside other design-related tasks.
Qualifikationen
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or design
2 years+ of experience in marketing field
Excellent ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver towards challenging timelines
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, and an excellent eye for detail
B2B and retail experience is beneficial
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Proficient in Cinema 4D/Blender etc., 3D designs, retail renderings, etc.
Motion design, and video asset creation for social media
Copywriting experience, solid English language skills, ability to shape a unique brand language
Handling multiple design projects, requests, and scheduling
Experience in Project Management tools like AirTable
Photo editing and retouching
Experience in typography and layout for Print and Web
A team player, who closely collaborates with all stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
