The 5-star Hotel Weisses Rössl in the village center is the first and only 'Leading Hotel' in the whole of Kitzbühel. The 47 high-quality and elegant rooms are an inviting retreat for discerning guests. The heart of the hotel is the Zuma Restaurant, which has been part of the Weisses Rössl since the 2019 winter season. Here, guests are offered Japanese cuisine of the highest quality.

1. Ensuring the perfect preparation, quality and presentation of our dishes in line with our high quality standards.
2. Responsibility for the culinary planning, organisation and implementation of our offer.
3. Planning, management and motivation of the team and its further development.
4. Responsibility for the implementation of quality standards and hotel-specific standards.
5. Controlling the ordering and use of products.
6. Ensuring that the kitchen and service processes run smoothly.
7. Compliance with all legally prescribed guidelines and control with regard to occupational safety and HACCP.
8. Very good communication within the team and with other departments.

Salary Information
We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
