Aviarc is seeking a high-performing Aviation Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead internal operations, drive delivery, and manage our marketing and sales engine. As we scale our aviation intelligence and consulting firm, we need an aviation-savvy executor who thrives on systems, performance, and building high-functioning teams.

What you’ll do:
1. Lead day-to-day operations across consulting, analytics, and aviation safety projects
2. Manage marketing, sales, and lead generation processes to drive inbound interest and growth
3. Collaborate with the CEO to qualify opportunities and support high-level client acquisition
4. Ensure seamless delivery of client services using platforms like Air Maestro and Power BI
5. Build and optimise internal systems, processes, and performance reporting frameworks
6. Manage operational planning, team resourcing, and quality assurance
7. Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and margin performance
8. Drive continuous improvement in systems, service delivery, and client satisfaction
9. Support hiring, onboarding, and development of a high-performance culture
10. Maintain alignment with aviation safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
You’ll need:
* At least 8 years' experience in aviation management, including HSEQ and operational leadership roles
* Deep understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and operational delivery
* Demonstrated ability to lead marketing and sales operations in a service-based business
* Experience designing and managing lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing strategy
* Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Familiarity with aviation management platforms like Air Maestro, Aerotrack, Jeppesen, FlightLogger, SERA, etc.
* Strong commercial skills, project delivery experience, and financial acumen
* Proven leadership capability, especially in scaling teams and systems
* A tertiary qualification in aviation, operations, and business (MBA or similar)
