Oblivation helps to automate these tasks so that companies can efficiently achieve compliance with ESG reporting requirements and thus have a more positive impact on the environment and society.This is what your new job will look like:You will lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy and be responsible for its operational realization.Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you will prepare our sustainability report as part of our annual report and ensure that it meets GRI and CSRD/ESRS standards.You will take responsibility for the Fabasoft Group's ESG targets and implement measures to achieve them, particularly with regard to reducing Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.Together with the Fabasoft Obligation team, you will use Obligation to automate data collection and reporting and to make the entire sustainability process more efficient.You will work to lead the Fabasoft Group to carbon neutrality using cutting-edge technologies and in close collaboration with your colleagues – and see the direct positive impact of your work on the environment and society.You will represent Fabasoft at ESG conferences, expand your professional network, and stay informed about industry trends and developments to drive innovative approaches to sustainability reporting.You will be part of our finance team and report directly to the Group CFO.This is how we imagine you:You have at least three years of practical experience in corporate sustainability management.You are curious, creative, and have a keen interest in actively supporting our goals with innovative, AI-powered technologies.You have a structured approach and experience with holistic annual sustainability reporting.You are familiar with relevant sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD and CDP and are motivated to further develop your knowledge in this future-oriented area.You are looking to advance your career in sustainability management in a leadership position, supported by ambitious colleagues and modern technologies.Your open-minded and team-oriented approach enables you to successfully collaborate with colleagues from different departments such as Finance, Investor Relations, Purchasing and HR.You communicate confidently in German and English.We really care for experts.
