The Coffee Business Manager takes end-to-end responsibility for developing and executing strategic plans for the Coffee Category. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, focusing on achieving sales and marketing goals while ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will drive sustainable growth and innovation in the category.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a dynamic team, focusing on building and implementing mid- to long-term strategic plans for the Coffee Category in the Away-from-Home sector. Translate Group guidance into local initiatives, while being mindful of local market dynamics.
* Identify growth opportunities by analyzing the competition, observing market trends, gathering feedback from sales teams, and adopting best practices from other CCH countries. Drive initiatives that increase both sales and profitability.
* Ensure Sales, Marketing, and Operational Excellence for the Coffee Business by fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Take full P&L responsibility, with a focus on achieving profitable sales targets and effective OPEX management.
* Manage ongoing performance, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and Brand Owners (Costa Coffee & Caffe Vergnano).
Minimum Requirements:
* University degree completed
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar strategic roles
* Strong Category Knowledge – Coffee (required), Beverage Industry (preferred)
* Commercial Experience – Sales, Category Management
* Strong analytical abilities
* Strategic mindset combined with operational effectiveness
Salary: If you meet the above requirements, you can expect an attractive and market-based minimum salary of EUR 78,000 gross/year excluding bonus (based on an all-in full-time position / 38.5 hours per week) & company car. We will clarify the final salary and the benefits package in a personal interview.
