What you’ll do
This role focuses primarily on Sales Administration, Trust Accounts, and supporting the Sales Team as its core responsibilities, while providing supportive assistance across Department Operations, Office Management, and HR Administration in collaboration with the Operations & Sales Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Trust Accounts
* Manage all aspects of sales administration, including listing agreements, sales contracts, and settlements with support from VA’s and Internal team members.
* Oversee trust accounts, handling deposits, commissions, refunds, and vendor-paid marketing in collaboration with the Operations & Sales Manager and the Accounts team.
* Act as the primary contact for sales-related administrative queries.
* Support the sales team in maintaining compliance, running property campaigns, best practice, and delivering high service standards.
* Liaise with sellers, buyers, contractors, and settlement agents to ensure seamless processes.
Supportive Roles
* Operations Assistance: Help develop or maintain workflows, ensure compliance, and provide reporting and training support.
* Office Management Support: Assist with coordinating events, managing supplies, onboarding staff, and maintaining an organised and collaborative workspace.
* HR Administration Support: Aid with contracts, employee records, internal communications, and maintaining compliance with policies.
* Growth Projects: Work with the management team on exciting growth projects that require input, structure and execution.
What We’re Looking For

* Experience: 3-5 years in administration or operations, ideally within real estate.
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales processes, trust accounting, and compliance.
* Skills: Proficiency in real estate software, reporting, and time management.
