Your future field of activity
Own & Scale E-commerce Growth
• Take full ownership of our e-commerce performance, from conversion optimization to customer retention.
• Rapidly implement, test, and refine strategies to maximize revenue, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Proactively identify and remove friction points in the customer journey, checkout flow, and site experience.
Data-Driven Sales & Performance Optimization
• Analyze traffic, sales funnels, and customer behavior to increase conversion rates and minimize drop-offs.
• Implement A/B tests, conversion rate optimization tactics, and UX/UI improvements to optimize every stage of the buying process.
• Track and relentlessly improve key KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend.
High-Impact Digital Marketing Execution
• Develop and execute aggressive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, and influencer marketing.
• Scale high-ROI email and SMS automation to drive repeat purchases and retention.
• Optimize SEO, organic content, and growth hacking tactics to drive consistent traffic.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
• Work independently while collaborating with others.
• Align closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and post-purchase experience.
• Manage and optimize spend to maximize return on investment.
