To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a:In this role, you will play a central part in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization. Your contributions will ensure seamless project execution, process optimization, and alignment with our overarching goals.What Your Day To Day Will Look LikeOversee the CEC (Corporate Executive Committee) projects, support defining charters, timelines, KPIs and ensuring smooth execution.Define and execute projects of the Executive Office which support the strategic development of AOP Health.Provide regular progress updates to the CEC and conduct debriefs and lessons-learned sessions to ensure continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Principal Operational Excellence (OpEx) to gain insights into planned structural, process, and system improvements and integrate them into a cohesive view of company development.Work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS), CEOs, and CEC to ensure projects align with AOP Health’s strategic goals and contribute to its path by providing insights into OpEx projects.Your Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree with a strong passion for Life Sciences.Proven experience in the international pharmaceutical industry, preferably across multiple continents.In-depth understanding of the Pharmaceutical Value Chain.Strong analytical skills with speed and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.Flexible, forward-thinking, and skilled in pre-planning.Our OfferOpen corporate culture with the opportunity to bring in your own ideasGreat opportunities for personal and professional developmentAttractive work environment with excellent career opportunities and flat hierarchiesCompetitive salary package plus bonus and various benefitsGross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 4.000.- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week).
