Daily rate: $900 - $1,100 incl. superannuation
Contract length: 6 Months - highly likely to extend

About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a passion for digital transformation? We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead organisational change for a major ERP implementation. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project, shaping the future of a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the ERP system implementation.
2. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and commitment to the transformation program.
3. Design and deliver change interventions, including communications, training, and engagement plans.
4. Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
5. Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
6. Act as the bridge between technical teams and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
1. Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within digital transformation or ERP projects.
2. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
3. A track record of successfully delivering change in complex environments.
4. Familiarity with change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR (certification is a plus).
5. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across the business.
