With a growing number of customers around the world, and an exciting data-driven product that is developing continuously, we are looking for a Business Analyst (full-time) to join our team in Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
* Analyze operational and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance and support decision-making.
* Lead the Operations Team.
* Work with internal teams to define and implement scalable and efficient processes.
* Develop, own and drive business cases and financial models for stakeholders engagement (internal team, prospects, strategic partners, etc.)
* Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
* Automate and improve data management and reporting processes.
Your Profile
* 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles, preferably in tech companies or the mobility sector.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
* Knowledge of key business models and operational metrics in the tech and sustainable mobility industry.
* Ability to work with complex datasets and extract and visualize strategic insights.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels.
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset, with a strong results orientation.
