Job Description: As a First Level IT Support Specialist at Innerspace, you will be the primary point of contact for delivering seamless VR experiences to our customers and maintaining our internal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a special focus on VR setups.
* Help Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external Help Desk queries.
* Documentation: Maintain records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Hardware/Software Issues: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent German and good English skills; you will work in an English-speaking company.
