Responsibilities:
* Sales & Performance Targets: Achieve agreed sales, market share, and performance goals within budget and timelines.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Implement business plans to drive revenue growth.
* Customer Visits & Product Promotion: Conduct effective visits to doctors and pharmacies to increase product prescriptions and placements.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
* Customer-Centric Programs: Support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
* Local Networking: Establish and maintain professional networks with general practitioners, specialists, and pharmacists.
* Team Collaboration: Assist Medical Representatives in expanding their business and market presence.
* Market & Product Knowledge: Continuously develop expertise in competitive and clinical selling.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, company guidelines, and reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
* Education & Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field or experience in a pharmaceutical, hospital, or medical environment.
* Work Experience: Ideally, some experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
* Sales Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-oriented mindset.
* Languages: Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and develop strategic approaches.
* Self-Motivation & Teamwork: Independent working style with a strong team spirit.

Your starting salary will be at least EUR 62,000 gross per year, with the potential for market-competitive overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
