Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the operational backbone of the Central European growth team, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers across different markets.
2. Develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities as the right-hand person of the Regional Manager.
3. Support the execution of the company's marketing and growth strategy, driving initiatives that align with business objectives, including digital campaigns, PR, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and offline activations.
4. Own ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks, addressing roadblocks in execution and strategy implementation proactively.
5. Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, analyzing marketing performance data and synthesizing insights into reports and presentations for the regional manager.
6. Support strategic regional initiatives, assisting in market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and growth roadmaps preparation.
7. Develop, implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy.
8. Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (product, legal, compliance, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives align with company priorities.
Requirements:
1. A results-driven individual with strong project management skills, able to deliver on objectives.
2. Strong analytical skills, especially in a growth marketing context.
3. A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams and self-start new concepts.
4. Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
6. Experience in Marketing/Growth in the FinTech industry.
7. A passion for crypto and digital assets.
