What it''s all about: leading and transforming our Marketing Brand Zumtobel As visionary, dynamic and forward thinking Head of Marketing you set up our Zumtobel brand strategy with a strong emphasis on strengthening the positioning of Zumtobel as a premium brand in the market. You lead a team of international marketing experts and you are steering functional local market tiers to transform and implement the global Zumtobel brand strategy. You will be employed at our Group HQ in Dornbirn/Austria. Developing a premium brand strategy: To reinforce the positioning of our premium brand and appeal to the next generation of potential customers, you are creating and implementing a global, cohesive, tailored and long term brand strategy (incl. brand communication, targeted marketing caign management, digital marketing techniques,..) that provide a consistent and captivating brand experience across various channels. Executing & influencing: You act as a brand ambassador and with your strong communication skills you can influence key stakeholders and large audiences to embark them on the brand journey. You are strong in explaining the customer journey and benefits along the different interactions and a have a convincing and compelling way to explain complex solutions in easy words. Conducting market research & pioneering trends: You are analyzing global market trends, target group behavior as well as the competitive premium brand landscape to create and implement a differentiating brand positioning. You nurture and drive a culture of innovative initiatives within the marketing team to increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by enhancing customer experiences. Driving & capturing performance: You are evaluating the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives. Moreover you are creating and establishing KPI''s (heatmap, traffic, PIN,..) and using this data to adapt or start additional marketing caigns.
