Area of topics for Master/Bachelor thesis:
* Exploring the role of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in improving organizational efficiency
* Investigating pros and cons of centralized versus decentralized RPA implementation strategies
* Evaluating operational and finance metrics to measure the benefits of RPA implementation
* Analyzing key factors driving the adoption and success of RPA in organizations
* Studying organizational change management in relation to RPA adoption
Responsibilities as intern:
* Reviewing use cases on RPA implementation
* Collaborating with senior team members to gather insights and feedback on findings
* Monitoring and preparing respective reports
* Supporting the team in other topics and tasks indirectly related to RPA
Your Profile:
* Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in IT, Management or related fields
* Strong interest in process automation, digital transformation and organizational efficiency
* Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Detail-oriented, organized and proactive in problem-solving and task management
* A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
This internship lasts for a minimum of 6 months and can be extended to 12 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
