The Role
* Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to elevate the in-store experience and deliver outstanding customer service, aligning with the brand's reputation for excellence.
* Oversee the CRM and client engagement initiatives.
* Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless store functionality and superior standards.
* Drive sales and profitability while managing budgets and financial performance.
* Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
* Collaborate with other teams in the region and globally, to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
* Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a Store / Boutique Manager position within luxury retail.
* Strong understanding of the luxury retail, its dynamics and the market trends.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to strategise and implement effective sales and operational plans.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business.
