About the Role
The Senior Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation will play a key role in driving Scentia’s strategic growth agenda through the Accelerate28 transformation program. This role is critical to the successful execution of high-impact initiatives designed to optimise the organisation’s portfolio, expand its student base, and create new educational offerings across its leading education brands.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy & Transformation, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects that align with organisational priorities. You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, translating complex business requirements into actionable plans, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven project leader to influence change and make a lasting impact in a fast-evolving education environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, plan and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with the Accelerate28 transformation program.
2. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for implementation.
3. Partner with Executive Leadership to manage stakeholder engagement and ensure cross-functional alignment.
4. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and minimise disruption.
5. Monitor project performance using financial and non-financial KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
6. Support post-acquisition and post-merger integration activities including initiative planning and execution.
7. Apply structured problem-solving methods to uncover root causes, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
About You
5–10 years' experience in transformation, integration, or separation projects within complex organisations.
Qualified in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM, or equivalent project management methodologies.
Strong grasp of project management fundamentals with proven ability to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end.
Skilled in structured problem-solving with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Adept at translating business requirements into clear, actionable plans that support strategic goals.
