This is the role that you know will steer your professional career in the right direction.Skills and ExperiencesExperience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in large-scale production environments with high uptime requirements.Microsoft Technologies: Proficiency in core Microsoft back-end technologies, including .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI/WCF, and SQL Server.Web Development: Skilled in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with frameworks like Angular, React, Knockout, or Node.js is a plus).SharePoint Knowledge: Strong understanding of SharePoint fundamentals, including lists, document libraries, permissions, content types, and workflows.Platform Development: Experience developing in SharePoint, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is desirable.Methodologies: Familiarity with agile and waterfall-based delivery methodologies.Application Lifecycle: Competence in application development, code creation, application testing, and component design.About YouStrong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with fluent language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a service-driven approach.Highly persuasive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible.Enjoys tackling new and complex challenges.Quick learner, able to confidently adopt new technologies, and work effectively in teams or independently, including with global teams.Willingness to travel based on project needs.What You'll DoCollaborate in all the different project phases, from defining technical, operational and user requirements, through to planning, quality control and testing.Build conceptual architecture and develop solution options that match your clients’ requirements.Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions.Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing and participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the Quality Engineers.Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.Track problems and issues, escalating as necessary to leadership.Day to day you will partner with global technical teams, acting as a bridge to clients or more senior Service Delivery team members.Identify and suggest productivity improvements to technical problems.At Avanade, we value customer obsession, inclusion, agility, and learning.
