* Satisfy customer business needs in line with the OMV strategy.
* Plan, monitor and achieve sales targets and be accountable for the overall customer performance e.g., sales volume, margin, growth, tailor made CVP and Risk Management.
* Ensure the supply of finished products from refinery, tank farms as well as third party supply sources on a daily basis.
* Define and implement logistic and supply chain strategy procedures and practices to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
* Negotiate existing and new contracts by considering the Company Rules.
* Screen, build and maintain an in depth knowledge of the market, the key competitors and understand their strength and weaknesses. Report on the developments in the market.
* Work actively with CRM System for planning, reporting and supervisor-links.
* Handle all credit management guidelines. Monitor maximum exposures of customer limits within the responsible sales area as well as monitoring the customers financial and economic situation as a whole.
Your profile
* You have a Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics, Sales or Marketing.
* You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer needs.
* Excellent business sence and team player.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Sound knowledge of MS office, SAP and CRM tools.
