Controlling Process & Change Manager (f/m/d)
Your main tasks in this role are:
* As a Process and Change Manager within Group Controlling, you will analyse current processes to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative, future-proof concepts.
* In your role, you will collaborate with international stakeholders to discuss and align on processes and change initiatives.
* This includes the preparation and execution of comprehensive change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
* You will support efforts to establish the Holding as a Global Governance Setter for Financial Controlling, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed across the organization.
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You have several years of experience working in Strategy, Consulting, or in the Strategy Department of a corporate organization.
* You have completed your degree in business administration, economics, or finance.
* You are a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimization and change management, demonstrating a proven track record in these areas within a corporate environment.
* You bring specialized qualifications and experience in process management methodologies.
* You possess strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
* You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
* You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with international stakeholders.
* You are fluent in English.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 104.350*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
